Course 4 (C4JMB) Circulatory Shock for ACPs & Intensive Care Nurses This introductory course aims to outline circulatory physiology and the pathogenesis behind shocked states. The significance of hyperlactatemia and arterial blood gas interpretation is examined in shocked states but also in the wider context of other disease states. The day explores the role of clinical investigations and explores potential treatment options in shocked states. The day ends with worked case examples designed to demonstrate and underpin the learning points of the day. This course is specifically aimed at trainee ACPs, intensive care & high-care nurses. It will also provide excellent revision opportunities for those at the beginning of more advanced training or those looking to refresh their knowledge base.

A non-refundable booking fee of £15.72 is applied to all bookings. Cancellations and Refunds: We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your booking. The following terms apply to all cancellations: Notification of Cancellation: Cancellations must be notified at least 4 weeks prior to the course date. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the course date will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of JMB Courses. Refund Policy: For cancellations made at least 4 weeks in advance: You will receive a refund of the course fee (£180), minus the non-refundable booking fee (£15.72) and an administration fee of £25 to process your cancellation. This means a total deduction of £40.72 will apply to your refund. Refunds for cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the course date are not guaranteed and will depend on individual circumstances. Transferring Your Booking: If you are unable to attend, you may contact us to request transferring your booking to another course date, subject to availability. Non-Refundable Booking Fee: The booking fee is retained to cover administrative costs associated with processing your booking. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. Rules for Course Participation: Delegates are kindly reminded that filming, photography, or audio recordings are strictly prohibited during the course. This ensures that there are no distractions or disruptions to the event. Course Certification: Upon completion of the course, delegates will receive an attendance certificate via email. The certificate will include a concise summary of the topics covered during the session.
